provide GPG keys from a backend

Would it be possible to provide GPG keys via an external script directly to the user directory in appdata?
Which is the format used for these keys in snappymail - how could opengpg read these keys to check their validity?

My idea would be to create a backend that generates and provides these keys on user creation automagically
