Missing assets in the gem!

Hello there!

I'm very confused on the fact that there is no

the_sortable_tree/app/assets/javascripts/the_sortable_tree/sortable_ui

And the docs point to wrong location of jquery.ui.nestedSortable.js

This makes this wonderful gem completely unusable.

Had to point on github repo in my app, but I can't use it my gems dependecies

@timofejvoronkov @lakehouseru right now you can downgrade to a previous version.
The code in the master branch started to work for me, but it needs some time to improve it for a new version.

You can clone the project and start Dummy App on your local machine to figure out how current code works.

I think I need a few days to finish all staff for a new release. Please wait. I hope I'll have enough time to release it asap.
