I should add that I have downloaded the whole folder and run the exe file in it.
System: Windows 7 64bit

which .net framework are you on? I have used VS2012 for this. Can you install the latest .net framework and post your feedback?

I was as 64bit version 4.0, updated to (i hope the latest) 4.5.1, and still getting nothing but the same error. :(
