** The page describes how to import data into the cBioPortal using Python scripts found in our scripts directory. It assumes that the cBioPortal software has been correctly built from source (see (Building cBioPortal from Source)[https://github.com/cBioPortal/cbioportal/wiki/Building-cBioPortal-from-Source]), and that the MySQL JDBC driver file is present on your filesystem.
