Function nonEmptyCart, chapter "Cart view", is invisible in PDF. Lines 271 through 306. The box with the snippet seems to have been duplicated, because it appears twice in succession on pages 454 and 455, with a page break between. I can see the line numbers in each box, but no source.

(edit: Note to those who might land here trying to get around this issue: Follow the link to github for the relevant chapter, and then look at the diff you land on to find the missing piece.)
