Coupon failure with Node registrations

Nodes have each paid for 200 people to register as members. When they click through they now go to the correct page sign up (no payment requested) but the ODI chargify coupon is not activated so we can't automatically track of how many have signed up and when to close coupon. At moment I'm tracking it manually.

With so many nodes each with 200 prepaid memberships this will get messy.
