Friday lunchtime lecture pages that exist, but shouldn't exist - returning in website search query

When a new artefact for a lunchtime lecture is created two URL's are created.

1. http://theodi.org/lunchtime-lecture/*slug*
   2)http://theodi.org/*slug*

The latter URL has no content on the page.

The latter URL is returned when a user enters a search term that relates to a lecture in our search bar on theodi.org

We would like to quash this "extra" pages that are being created as they are confusing for the user.
