Intermittent inaccessibility of archive server due to max connections #215
Description
Two recorded instances of this happening with a 2 year gap in between.
Poly.rpi.edu/old, which hosts the archives of the old website, becomes unreachable with the error:
[Connection attempt failed] ( 1040 : Too many connections )
A quick fix is to restart the DB vm used, an attempt to look into the cause and make a proper fix should be made.
