Date: 10th November 2016

Result: An Mx title option has been added to their registration form.

Note from Peter: I emailed them a while ago about this and the response was a "we'll look into it". Then at some point they did it, so I don't know when. But hey, I think I can claim responsibility for this happening!

Iceland

Product: Groceries delivery

Status: New customer

Method: Email

Date: 27th March 2017

Response: "I have passed on your request to our Marketing Department for consideration who will give this the appropriate attention and consideration."

Note from Peter: Marketing??? -_-

Note from Peter: Emailed again on 25th May 2018 to ask for the field to be optional or to add Mx. The response was a little more accurate in saying the suggestion was passed to their "Technical Department", but managed to be worse by calling me "Mr Shillito". I did not supply a title in the contact form.

Note from Peter: Their website has had a redesign, but the signup form still has the same titles. I've emailed again on 29th April 2019 to ask for the field to be optional or to add Mx. Will update if I hear back.

Last check for changes: 14th July 2020
