Ability to override CHS parameters

I am attempting to image an old Conner CP3044 drive which lies about its CHS parameters when probed. Linux libata does not allow overriding the parameters, but I figured I'd check out HDDSuperClone's direct mode. Unfortunately, it does appear that I can set the CHS parameters even when using the HDDSuperClone driver.

For now I will likely use an older PC where the BIOS allows setting the CHS parameters manually, but if this is feasible it would be a useful feature here.

I agree, a way to override the drive size would be a good idea. I'm not sure the hddsuperclone driver supports CHS addressing, but that may be another feature to add.
