I can confirm the Shelly Plug S works perfectly with the TerrariumPi.
I'm using one successfully to operate a Misting system.
The hardware is probably the same as the Shelly 1 (listed on the supported hardware), hence why it's working.
The Shelly Plug S has been actually discontinued and replaced with the Shelly Plus Plug S which I believe should also work as it's just an enhanced version of the former.
