# Week 6 - Spatial analysis II
This week, we will continue our journey through some advanced GIS analysis tools, this time with a focus on the spatial distribution of data and on calculating distances. We will also continue to practice many of the tools you have learned from previous weeks - there is rarely a GIS question that can be solved using only one tool!
## ILOs covered
2. Obtain and assess the quality of spatial data from online and offline sources and produce new spatial data using computer and field methods;
4. Plan and execute GIS analytical steps to solve spatial problems successfully;
## What will you learn
For every week, we will list the main theoretical and practical learning goals. Use these as a 'checklist' to gauge your learning for each week. If you don't feel confident you have learned any specific topic, then revisit the week's material!
### Practical knowledge:
[@sec-spatan2]
- WFS layers
- Importing non-spatial tables
- Table Joins
- Attribute Joins
- Spatial Joins
- Counting Points in Polygons
[@sec-spatan3]
- Zonal Statistics
- Overlap Analysis
- Sample Raster Values
