Is the ENV Variable UPDATE_ON_BOOT idempotent?

If UPDATE_ON_BOOT is set to true and the server is on the latest version, upon restart will the container still reinstall the image or will it skip the update if there is not one.

Hi @xHyperElectric if the PalWorld server is fully up to date, and you reboot it. It wil quickly verify the files and start the server right after:
