connection time out both through lan and online IP

Hey guys, i'm at a loss right now. I can't seem to connect to my server even though it shows up in the community server list.
I am running the server on a DS923+ with 32gb of ram installed. Hereby included are screenshots of my stack, my port forwarding in my router & ports opened in the firewall of the nas.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be that keeps timing me out? There is already a valheim server running in the background and we can connect to that just fine.

Edit: i have tried connecting through the local ip, through the online ip & with the synology ddns service.

I have just had a friend connect from outside the network without issue, however locally i cannot connect.

Well, i have been an idiot :D I still cant connect from the WAN IP, but the nas is connected through 2 connections to the router... Everything has always been forwarded to the 78 in the network, however i had to connect locally through the 79...
