It looks like isLightBackground may accommodate for this in the Header, but not the Prefooter (as seen on https://www.thirdandgrove.com/work/world-vision/).

isLightBackground handles some cases, but can still create issues like the one seen above. Thanks for pointing out to footer as well. The best solution is to have limited background colors for content editors as we cant handle every edge case on the front end.
