I have come across this wonderful thirdandgrove-com-gatsby repo while I was exploring Gatsby. I wanted to clone it and discover through the code to learn more about GatsbyJS. However, I've been failing to succeed the 4th step of the installation guide which is:

  1. Run cp sample.env .env and then modify your new .env file with the appropriate credentials from the TAGv5 Gatsby/CMS entry in 1Password.

After all attempts of mine trying to find the entry mentioned in the 4th step, I've come to believe that the project is not, in fact, open source, is it? And if it is, how do I implement this step?

Any assistance would be much obliged!
