Background appears navy blue instead of grey

This is because xfce now configures wallpapers according to which port they are connected to, instead of having a default setting.

Upstream feature request: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfdesktop/-/issues/263

Workaround for right now will probably be to set the setting for every possible monitor port (yuck)
