<li>やどかり祭の会場となる路上(ペデストリアンデッキを含む)に駐輪されている方は自転車を範囲外へ移動して頂くようお願い申し上げます。</li>
<li>5月29日8:00の時点で移動されていない場合、実行委員で最寄りの宿舎駐輪場または臨時駐輪場に撤去させていただきます。</li>
<li>本祭終了後、臨時駐輪場内の自転車はすべて「ゲート横駐輪場 跡」(図中の赤丸)に移動します。</li>

<p>4月中旬～5月末の18時～21時には太鼓練習があります。<br>
5月30日(本祭順延時は31日)には花火が打ち上げられます。<br>
会場設営等で大きな音がなることもございますがご理解とご協力をお願いします。

<p>雨天時には実行委員会の判断で企画・模擬店などを中断・中止させていただきます。

<p>やどかり祭開催中に大規模な災害が発生した場合、会場の混乱を避けるため<br>
実行委員の誘導のもと、指定の避難場所に避難して頂きます。<br>
緊急避難場所は<span style="background-color: red; color: white;"> 平砂駐車場</span>、
<span style="background-color: red; color: white;"> パフォーマンス会場</span>となっております。</p>

<p>宿舎祭実行委員会ではご来場の皆様に安心して宿舎祭を楽しんでいただけるように、
交通整理や会場警備等を行っておりますが、宿舎祭に怪我や器物の破損等の被害を受けた場合、<br>
平砂テニスコート内に設置された本部テントまでお越しください。<br>
また、宿舎祭後に被害が発生した場合、下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。<br>
