Related to #1480

Describe the solution you'd like
Another postgresql Database Container should be added to the docker-compose.yml for the playground sharing feature. The psql-playground can be copied for this, but the password should be changed. The URL and credentials for this new container should be passed to runner in the same fashion as the playground containers are.
