Need a policy for official package with versioning

The current thorvg.unity package only points to the dev branch for user access:
https://github.com/thorvg/thorvg.unity.git?path=/package

We should establish a policy for providing stable release packages for users, such as:
https://github.com/thorvg/thorvg.unity.git#v0.1?path=/package
https://github.com/thorvg/thorvg.unity.git#latest?path=/package

Currently, users could specify the commit hash, but I agree we should release tagged versions.

OK, just added the first v0.1.0 tag.

@hermet should we also create a dev branch for commits, leaving main as the "latest" version?
