Does Throne allow creating a custom outbound binding the PC network card nic or specific proxy?

Hi, I'm using Nekoray 4.1.2 on Linux and it allow me to create several different routing rules using differtent custom outbounds or proxy.
I run an active system wide vpn, and Nekoray to redirect my browser traffic or proxyfied apps thru specific proxies or custom outbound, even bypassing the vpn itself binding directly a custom outbound to my PC nic card.
I would give Throne a chance on my windows system but customizing the routing rules I've not found a way to run a similar config.
It looks that the routing rules doesnt allow to choice a specific proxy or direct custom outbound.
Just direct or proxy. No specific proxy seems being selectable.
It's my fault or this option has been removed? And, in this case, which is the last Neko release keeping this vey nice option?
