Consider changing arg1 to arg2 for byung #19

We just changed arg1 to arg2 for yod. See #18.

I think this move may also be advisable for byung, for the same reasons. Are there any other verbs encountered so far that call for similar treatment?

Below are the rare cases so far where arg1:lvc was changed to arg2:lvc for verbs other than yod.

Verb mnga' would be similar to yod; e. g. rgyal po de la sras gsum mnga' ste "the king had three sons." (mdzangs_blun/139a)
