Clarification of annotation guidelines

These practices should be verified and added to the annotation documentation:

1. If X dang Y is a verb argument, the dependency should be from Y, not X, since Y will get the case marker dictated by the verb.
2. In the case of a sequence of numerals treated as different words, the rightmost numeral would be linked by the verb dependency.
3. In nominal compounds consisting of a sequence of nouns treated as different words, the rightmost noun would be linked by the verb dependency.
