herpderp for irssi

Randomly replaces text sent by people/to channels in a list with nonsense words like "herp" and "derp"
Do you find someone annoying? Why use IGNORE when you can use herpderp.pl and let them amuse you!

Usage:
/herp list                : show a list of all nicks in the herpderp list
/herp add [nick|#channel] : adds a nickname/channel to the herpderp list
/herp del [nick|#channel] : removes a nickname/channel from the herpderp list
/herp all                 : toggles herpderping all incoming messages
