Course Starring + Starred Component Styling

• Style Starred Courses component on the Profile Page
• Add feature that allows courses to be starred
• For now, don't worry about having courses that are starred appear in starred courses - this will be done using the backend
• Make sure both the Course and CourseView components have this functionality
