Description
How would you approach the buildings? Is a sale of some of the buildings included in the 100 billion? If not, does Amazon.com become a landlord agreement? I would think it would make sense that there be some landlord agreement for the first 10 years, with an option to purchase office space from amazon.com during the period or at the end of the 10 years.
I also assume the datacenters are sold to new entity already.
