- Fixed Jira API migration to v3 (/rest/api/3/search/jql endpoint)
- Added external_parent_id field to TimeCamp task creation
- Removed Azure-specific naming, made sync script more generic
… Jira API v3. Added error handling for HTTP requests and improved issue serialization from JSON. Updated requirements to use jira version 3.9.1. Enhanced TimeCamp task creation to support external parent IDs.
