You are correct, all import scripts should be system administrator. In fact off the top of my head I can't think of any Z_ script that shouldn't be. If a particular organisation wants different that is up to them.
They should be the same update.

I noticed the import scripts are assigned to either security role "User Management and System Administrator" or "Inventory Management and Pricing". I thought the rule was stock or financials, but ImportChartOfAccounts breaks that by being assigned "Inventory Management and Pricing" when I would have expected "User Management and System Administrator" the same as ImportGLTransactions.
How about keeping it simple and assigning all the Z_Import* scripts to "User Management and System Adminstration"? I suggest delegating access from the system administrator to some other security role should be done on a per-site basis if needed.
I'm also about to submit a PR to remove the Z_Index.php script from the scripts table (per #755). Can I do both (changing script security role assginment and "de-register" the non-existant Z_Index.php script) in the same update file or should they be seperate updates?
I would also like to add the existing Z_ImportSuppliers script to the Utilities menu for completeness (per #754). Can I add this to the update also?
