Non-Latin description

You cut too long descriptions:
```
if (strlen($content) > 150) {
    $content = substr($content, 0, 150).'...';
}
```
But it works incorrectly for non-Latin letters. Is it possible to replace strlen/substr with mb_strlen/mb_substr?
