Add "expires" tag

Add "expires" as a valid meta name property.

i.e.  &lt;meta name="expires" content="tue, 01 Jun 2015"&gt;

The content will be passed in as a string and therefore correct date formatting will be the responsibility of the user. Going down any road which does date parsing is too complex for the purposes of this extension.
