センサーの異常検知方法を考える

本番運用するにあたり、センサーの異常をシステム側から自動的に検知できる仕組みを導入したい。

安直ではあるが、一定日数経ってもセンサーデータが送られてこない場合に異常が発生したとみなすようにする？

you could implement a hearthbeat function depend on the used protocol used by sensor. so this way the sensor could send boot signal and a working signal. this way you could detect malfunction like power outage when the device sending boot signal frequently and with the working signal you can detect after a certain time if the sensor offline.
