Suggested metric: F1 Score
Rationale: The investors are both afraid of investing money in failing projects, but also having FOMO on projects that end up being successful. The F1 score punishes both reckless investing in risky projects, and missing out on lucrative ones. It also makes sure there is no vast difference between the precision (not wanting false positives) and the recall (not wanting false negatives)
