Use pair plots on numerical features against target variable state

Also numerical features that have been transformed from categorical features using technique Label Encoding.

If we use label encoding I can only do the useful pair plots for transformed categorical variables which are ordinal data:

Launched
Deadline

not for the nominal categorical data: category, subcategory, country.
Alternatively we can use one-hot-encoding
