Latest docker pull seems broken?

I just did a docker pull on Debian, and Kimai does not work anymore. Is this a bug or?

It looks like I had to do docker-compose down and restart and wait for a while.

There may have been migrations to run or packages to pull. not sure. If it's working now can you close the ticket?
