Compile with std=c++23.
Guitar range was an octave high in textmidiformedit and in textmidicgm. The guitar is written an octave higher than it sounds,
and I knew that, but was typing too fast without thinking.
textmidicgm: If a lower-number voice followed a higher voice (such as track 0 following track 1) no notes were generated.
Or saved. Or were saved and then erased. Anyway it seems ok now. You should be able to have anything follow anything
but as the documentation explains if you have a following loop then nothing gets produced on those tracks because
there must be a leader for a follower.
