Add ESLint, Prettier & fix issue with CommenJS get loaded as ES Module (#14)

* Add ESLint, fix issue with load the lib.common.js as ES Module, just change the filetype to cjs
* Add .yarn to be ignored from lint
* Address ES module error issue

* Bump up Bootstrap Icons to v1.11.3
