It is already possible to discovery articles based on the text stored in the coverage field 🎉

This should be documented, including a few examples of combining levels (e.g. "Sweden, Stockholm" vs. "Stockholm, Sweden" - does it all work?)
There should be an automated test that checks searching for placenames that are only in the coverage field but nowhere else in the metadata
