Implementation of test cases regarding the Method of Moving Asymptotes
Non Uniform Discrete Fourier Transform applied to OGLE-III Type 1 Cepheid photometry database.
In this project, two types of polymerization are performed: bond alternation and atom alternation, considering two types of 1D polyene chains: linear and cyclic.
Fortran code for auto generating a time-stamped folder, log file, and data file (csv) to store results of each run of the code. The submodules can be easily incorporated in any program. Useful for cases when the same program must be run many times and the corresponding data must be saved in files.
