There is an error in the definition of noa, it should be Not..., or... NOT Not... and or.... It COULD be Not...and/or... which is probably what was intended, but I think Not..., or... is better stylistically. Really the definition should be rewritten, but it is probably inoca that should get the rewrite.

The definition of inoca needs a thoughtful rewrite, and noa should refer to it. noca might need the same correction.
