Given a line like this: "[$a, , , $z] = $tuple;", the code checker complains 'Expected 0 spaces between "," and comma; 1 found'.
But if you remove the offending spaces and change the line to: "[$a,,, $z] = $tuple;", then you get 'Expected 1 space between "," and comma; 0 found'.
The comma rule is generally for things like "[1, 2, 3]" or function parameters. It trips up when unpacking tuples with skipped values.
