Describe This Problem

There are some features in front pages that depend on BiStream.
When there are problems between agents and the server side, it is difficult for developers to to accurately identify problems because of lacking debug ability of BiStream.

Proposal

Add to debug ability to BiStream, which can figure out the problems below quickly:

  1. server fail to connect agent
  2. agent side error
  3. metadata error
