Add multisite functionality

We use Design Tokens as a theme selector for some components (red theme, blue theme, etc)

We've turned one site into a multisite, but the secondary site has different colour schemes (green, yellow)

It would be great to be able to configure Design Tokens fields to be multisite-aware, and use different configs on each site.
