For Drosophila suzukii and Meloidogyne artiellia, pathway information is contaminant (see these lines in the raw data). For the mapping to the DwC pathway vocabulary, I need more information. The following options are valid:
contaminantNursery, contaminantBait, contanimantOnAnimals, contaminantOnPlants, seedContaminant, transportContaminant. Which one to choose?

The idea was that if we dont have level 2 pathway, we can still use level 1?

For Drosophila suzukii the pathway is the trade in (undertected) infested fruits. This is foodContaminant under the CBD framework. Why is this not among the options?

the guidance has been typeset and is nog easily found and references on this link. Maybe the checklist guidance can mention that - doi:10. 2779/6172 .

For Meloidogyne artiellia (a nematode in root-knot) there are multiple pathways but they are all related to contaminants in small
quantities of habitat material that are transported with plants (source: cabi compendium). So the pathway here should be contaminantNursery and/or contaminantOnPlants.

changed these in the checklist (assuming this is the right file)
