Setup Configuration API

Instead of starting the one oidc client , this api will provide the crud operation to create the multiple oidc clients .. like google . apple, twitter etc

@talwinder50 I previously said here that runtime configuration of oauth client IDs and secrets may not be useful but now that I think about it - there's a less common use case for updating the credentials if/when required.

Another thing that can be configured via this API are the key server and SDS URLs.
