Make admonitions in line with other content management systems.

A note in Spec-Up and Spec-Up-T is created as follows:

A note in Docusaurus is created as follows:
:::note

Mind the extra space.

⁃ Why: this is confusing
⁃ Who: user of Spec-Up and Spec-Up-T
⁃ What way: Change the Spec-Up-T code so that both ::: note and :::note work.
