Request for permission to make Chinese translation

I wanted to reach out to you because I have been using your software and I have found it to be extremely useful. I would like to express my gratitude for the hard work and effort that you have put into developing it.

I would like to ask for your permission to translate your software into Chinese and share it. I hope to make your software more accessible to a wider audience, particularly those who speak Chinese. I believe that your software has the potential to help many more people and I would like to contribute to that goal by creating a Chinese version of it.

If you grant me permission, I will provide a link to your code repository when publish and of course include information about you as the author. Additionally, I will make the modified source code publicly available, without any malicious intent and solely for non-commercial use. I also assure you that I will comply with related open-source licenses.

I understand the importance of protecting your intellectual property and I assure you that I will not use your software for any commercial purposes. I would greatly appreciate it if you could grant me permission to move forward with this.
