Suggestion: Place warning in README to not use the "!" in passwords.

I found a problem when trying to use the "!" in the Asterisk Manager password.
Asterisk has no problem with this, but allmon2 does.
When I try to go to my node with a "!" in the password, Allmon2 displays the following message:
Warning: Node 42432 not found in our allmon ini file.

Perhaps this is a bug in the PHP code, but a Warning in the README would probably suffice.
