If I change the options group for a deck, the sync will fail.

When a change the the options group for a deck and then sync to the server, anki will throw a error "Please use the Check Database function then sync again. If problems persist, please force a full sync in the preferences section." While I want to try to use "force a full sync in the preferences section" to force upload the things to ankiweb, anki will throw a error say my account is not correct,although the account is 100% correctly. It is a bug or something that I can fix it?
I would be grateful if you can help me to deal with the problem.
