i be scrolling normally with the mouse cursor and it skip pages. all i use is the mouse cursor and nothing else and it skips pages no matter how slow i go.

Are you by any chance using a touchpad? The alternative way to scroll for now is by using arrow keys or page up and down.

From the video description it says that it's been a week (since Oct 14), but the app hasn't been updated for awhile so it might not be caused by code changes from the site

Same problem, reader skips pages. As I noticed, it happens randomly and being fixed with full browser restart. Also it didn't affects continuous mode.
