Loading to much epubs in the app

I tried this a while ago (over 800), whenever you go to the manager, it takes like 30 seconds to load all books.

Possible fix: make it load like a max of 200? Then when you're at the end, load another 200 books, and so on.

Hi,

the browser db has no capability of low level sorting which means the data needs to be accessed in whole initially anyways (more or less same for the upcoming external data sources). I am not really sure how much perceived difference it will make to limit it to the rendering side only.

Does not hurt to have it open though the priority is probably relatively low (as any mass storage was never really in scope of use cases for the reader i guess)
